Meet Your Instructor
Brian Makinson is a Haddonfield Memorial High School math teacher with 15 years of teaching experience. He brings extensive experience teaching CP and Accelerated Algebra 2 and PreCalculus, along with a strong understanding of the skills students need to succeed on the SAT.

01. Who is this workshop for?
The SAT Workshop is designed for high school students looking to improve their SAT Math performance. Students from Haddonfield and all surrounding schools are welcome to enroll.
03. What is included with enrollment?
Enrollment includes in-person instruction, SAT Math review and strategy, practice tests, progress tracking, weekly practice assignments, Desmos instruction, and one full year of Testive SAT prep access.
05. Is there work outside of class?
Yes. Students receive structured practice between sessions to reinforce the skills covered in class. Practice tests are also used throughout the program to track progress and identify areas that need additional attention.

The workshop uses a small-group format so students can ask questions, receive individual feedback, and get targeted support throughout each session.
04. Where and when are classes held?
Classes are held in person at Haddonfield Memorial High School on Wednesday evenings from 7:00–8:30 PM. The upcoming session begins September 16 and is designed to prepare students for the November SAT.
